Shipping policy

Orders are shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, so no orders are processed or shipped on that day.

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Some candles are made to order and require time to cure. These items typically ship within 1–2 weeks. If your order contains both made-to-order items and ready-to-ship products, all items will ship together once your made-to-order items are ready. This will be stated on the individual items.
