Return & Exchange Policy

At Mojave Flame, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer returns or money-back refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges for store credit that can be used online or in store.


Exchanges Only

We do not accept returns. Instead, eligible items may be exchanged for store credit only.


Exchange Windows

  • Online purchases: Must be received or brought in-store within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • In-store purchases: Must be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date and must include the original receipt.

Online orders may be exchanged in-store.
If mailing an online exchange, please follow the instructions below.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be exchanged and are considered FINAL SALE:

  • Clothing, including shoes

  • Bath, body, skincare, and other personal-use items (due to the nature of these products)

Exceptions may be made in cases where items arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.


Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.


How to Send Your Item for Exchange

If sending your exchange by mail, please ship your item to:

You must include your invoice inside the package so we can identify your order. Failure to include an invoice may delay processing or may result in us being unable to apply your store credit.


Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your package for your exchange to be processed and your store credit to be issued.
